Hoven Farms 2017 Update
2017 is shaping up to be an exciting year. I will be honest – 2016 was a crazy year on the farm. We had cows, chickens, pigs, a huge 1.5 acre garden and the summer became quite the whirlwind. It was very exciting and we had the best food we have ever had on the farm but it was too much. Summer came and went before we could even catch our breath.
In the end, we did so much that we didn’t do it well.
So for 2017, we have decided to focus on less and do more.
Our goal is to grow the world’s best organic regenerative beef. Everything we do on the farm centers around that goal. If it doesn’t help us grow better beef, we don’t do it.
What does that mean for you, our customer?
Our grazing is better than ever. Daily moves for our grass finished animals gives the animals the best diet possible. The trampling and dunging that occurs as a result improves every square meter of our farm. This cycle makes for healthier beef, which builds healthier soils, which then grows more happy and healthy animals.
That is what we do. We regenerate our soils and in the process, we grow the world’s best organic regenerative beef.

If you want to place an order for our regenerative organic beef, we are taking deposits for beef with delivery in the fall.
